We’ll start with a Yoga Sculpt + Flow class at CorePower Yoga Tennyson — blending yoga, cardio, and light weights for a fun, energizing workout. During the slower stretch portions of class, we’ll add a few fun prompts and small group moments to help everyone chat and get to know each other.

After class, we’ll head to Hops & Pie for our mixer portion to keep the fun going!

New to yoga or CorePower? No problem — this class is designed to be welcoming, social, and beginner-friendly.

Yoga Details

• Bring a yoga mat (or large towel).

• Please arrive on time (or 10-15 minutes early) so we can begin class together.

• Led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Aly Pomerantz

• Expect to sweat — bring dry clothes to change into for the mixer.
