Join us at High Ride Northglenn for a fun, high-energy spin class designed to help you meet new people, work up a sweat, and stick around for a little post-ride connection.

We’ll kick things off with a spin class, then transition into a mini speed date where you’ll have a chance to chat one-on-one with other singles in a fun, low-pressure setting. Afterward, stick around for light snacks, drinks, and plenty of time to mingle.

Come solo — most people do — and leave with new friends, new connections, and maybe even a little spark.

Check in with the Two Birds Fit Team, grab your name tag, and get settled in for class. Our team will help make sure you know what to expect before the ride begins.

🚲 Spin It Out
Hop on the bike and get ready for a fun, energetic spin class led by the High Ride team. No need to worry about keeping up with anyone else — move at your own pace and enjoy the ride!

💬 Mini Speed Date
Once class wraps, we’ll transition into a series of short one-on-one conversations. You’ll rotate through a few different people, giving you a chance to chat, laugh, and see who you click with.

🥂 Mingle + Hang Out
After the speed date, stick around for light snacks and drinks and keep the conversations going. This is your chance to reconnect with someone you clicked with during the speed date or meet someone new.

How to Connect

• Check in with our Two Birds Fit Team and grab your name tag.
• Ride, rotate, and chat with other singles throughout the event.
• After the event, use our Two Birds Fit Web App (aka your Wingman) to connect.
• Select up to 6 Flirt Matches + 6 Friend Matches.
• If it’s mutual, we’ll connect you 24 hours after the event!

At the start of the event, check your phone — the Two Birds Fit Web App will show you 6 people selected based on your bio and interests.

These aren’t matches — just friendly suggestions to help you connect with people who enjoy similar things.

Our events are designed to help people connect IRL through movement, positivity, and fun. Depending on the event, expect a mix of activity, mingling, flirting, conversation, food/drinks, and socializing throughout the experience — not nonstop gameplay or workouts the whole time.

✨ Who Comes to Two Birds?
Our community generally falls in the late 20s–40s age range, but we welcome all ages! We also have people in their 50s and are growing our 50+ community. If an event looks like a good fit, sign up and join us — that’s how you’ll find your peeps!

🏃 Move at Your Own Pace
Some events are more active, while others are more social. Need modifications? We’ve got you — our Certified Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors are happy to help.

💫 Ticket Types & Matching
For straight events, we do our best to keep the guy/girl ratio as even as possible. Some larger events may also offer LGBTQ+ and different match preference ticket options. Because our community is currently primarily straight singles, some match preference categories may have smaller groups depending on the event.
