How It Works

🏓 Social Pickleball Rotations
We’ll be using a social version of a pickleball paddle stack system — with name tags instead of paddles! We’ll run shorter games throughout the night so you can meet and play with more singles.

👋 Check In + Mingle
Check in with the Two Birds Team, grab your name tag, then eat, sip, and mingle at your own pace 🍹 Come casually late if needed — but the earlier you arrive, the more games you’ll play!

🏓 How the Rotations Work
The Two Birds team will organize groups of 4 and rotate players onto the courts throughout the event. Between games, hang in the bar/lounge area and socialize while you wait for your next game.

📣 When It’s Your Turn to Play
We’ll help notify your group when it’s time to play — and may send one teammate to help round everyone up so you can head to the courts together. Please check in occasionally and be ready to jump on the court!

🔄 After Your Game
Return your name tag to the Two Birds team and we’ll place you into a new group of 4. If you miss your game, no worries — we’ll rotate you into the next one.

💛 Built-In Wingman (Our Web App)
Create a profile to see pics + short bios of other attendees, then tap who you’re into. If it’s mutual, we’ll connect you 24 hours later! You’ll receive up to 6 Flirt Matches + 6 Friend Matches.

Find Your Peeps – Icebreaker

At the event start time, check your phone — the web app will show you 6 people selected based on your bio and interests.

These aren’t matches — just friendly suggestions to help you connect with others who enjoy similar things.

Think of it like a little social Easter egg hunt.

Your mission: Go find them, say hi, and spark up a convo.

After the event: Choose up to 6 Friends and 6 Flirts.If you both select each other, the web app will connect you 24 hours later.
